Primarily a basement access cover, the MHC-7400 Series recessed tray is fitted with a secondary inner cover providing added resistance against the egress of odours and back pressure from rising underground water. All units are airtight and virtually watertight. Ideal for basements where underground water pressure requires a basement access cover.
